Who draws my pet?
A trained portrait artist on our studio team. Every sketch is drawn by hand from your photo — pencil on paper, not a filter or algorithm. If a sketch doesn't capture them, we redraw.
What if I don't like the sketch?
Then nothing happens. The sketch is yours to keep or discard. No follow-up sales calls, no obligation.
What happens after I get the sketch?
The sketch arrives as a high-resolution digital file — yours to keep, print, or frame. If you love it, we can engrave it onto a piece of memorial jewelry. No pressure, no drip campaign.
