We process custom orders promptly. Processing (design and engraving) occurs before shipment and may take a few business days. Then your order is handed to the carrier for delivery. (Flow: Processing → Dispatch → Delivery.)

We primarily use trusted carriers such as FedEx, DHL, UPS, YunExpress and USPS.
Free Shipping: Enjoy free standard shipping on orders over $85 (subtotal, after discounts).
Duties, Taxes & Import Fees (Worldwide)
PupTrace covers all import duties, VAT/GST, and customs/brokerage fees for every country we ship to. The price shown at checkout is final—no. No extra charges upon delivery (subject to local laws).
Estimated Delivery Time
“Estimated delivery time” refers to the transit time after dispatch and does not include processing. Carrier-provided estimates for your destination and method will be shown at checkout. Please note that estimates may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as carrier delays, severe weather, holidays, or customs clearance.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email or SMS with your tracking number and a tracking link. You can follow your package on the carrier’s website or via 17TRACK.
International Shipping
We ship to most countries worldwide. Exact costs and delivery estimates are calculated at checkout based on your address.
Shipping Address
Please enter a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. PupTrace isn’t responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect addresses or contact information provided by the customer.
Delayed or Lost Packages
If your package hasn’t arrived within the estimated timeframe, contact us. We’ll investigate with the carrier and keep you updated until it’s resolved.
