Return window: within 30 days of delivery.
Condition: items new, unused, undamaged, with original packaging (gift box, tags, inserts).
What’s eligible
- Non-custom items: returnable within 30 days.
- Custom items: usually final sale because they’re made just for you. If there’s a manufacturing issue or we sent the wrong item, we’ll repair, replace, or refund—whichever helps most.
- Earrings for pierced ears: final sale for hygiene (defects excluded).
Exchanges
- If an item is defective or incorrect, we’re glad to arrange an exchange at no cost, subject to our return/exchange guidelines and inventory.
- For other changes (style/size), the fastest path is return for refund and place a new order.
- To complete any exchange, please provide proof of purchase (order confirmation, receipt, or gift receipt).
How to start
Email [email protected] within 30 days with your order number, proof of purchase, and if applicable, photos/video. We’ll review in 1–2 business days and share a quick prepaid option when it’s our error/defect.
Refunds
After inspection, refunds go to your original payment method in 3–5 business days (your bank may take a bit longer to post).
