Every PupTrace piece is thoughtfully custom-made to honor a love that deserves to be remembered. We begin processing each order as soon as possible. Because each item is custom-made with care, please allow time for portrait design, engraving, and production before shipment.
Processing Time
- Portrait design: 1–2 business days
- Production time: 1 business days
Total processing time may vary slightly during holidays or peak seasons.
Once completed, your order is carefully handed over to the carrier for delivery.

- United States: 3–10 business days
- Canada, Australia, United Kingdom: 3–12 business days
- Europe: 3–12 business days
- Rest of World: 5–12 business days

We work primarily with trusted carriers such as FedEx, DHL, UPS, YunExpress, and USPS to ensure reliable delivery.
Free Shipping: We are pleased to offer free standard shipping on all products, with no minimum purchase required.
Duties, Taxes & Import Fees (Worldwide)
PupTrace covers all import duties, VAT/GST, and customs or brokerage fees for every country we ship to. The price shown at checkout is final, with no extra charges upon delivery (subject to local laws).
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email or SMS with your tracking number and tracking link. You may follow your package directly on the carrier’s website or through 17TRACK.
International Shipping
We proudly ship to most countries worldwide. Delivery estimates are calculated based on your shipping address. All products include free standard shipping.
